It’s no secret that Boerne traces its roots to settlers of German descent. Interestingly, if you take a trip around Europe, and specifically Germany, you’ll notice far more bakeries than you generally do in the United States. Bakeries were traditionally focal points of the community, providing baked goods to members of the town. Located on Main Street in the heart of Boerne, the Bear Moon Bakery keeps the baking tradition alive as one of the great local businesses Boerne has to offer. Offering full breakfast and lunch menus, along with fabulous baked goods, a trip to Bear Moon Bakery will not disappoint!
