Last year, we threw out a few of our favorite suggestions for Boerne After Work: 8 of the Best Happy Hours. Now, we’re back for round two...literally. Grab a well-deserved drink at one of these Boerne originals!

Our original list included the Dodging Duck Brewhaus, Conoy's Irish Pub, Random, Drink Texas Biergarten, Scenic Loop Cafe, Little Gretel, La Cascada at Tapatio Springs, and The Grill at Leon Springs.

1. Boerne Wine Company

With a vibe that manages to remain both upscale, and comforting, The Boerne Wine Company is the perfect place to stop in for a glass or two or incredible Texas wine. This local favorite seeks to provide visitors with “an immersive experience for discovering their favorite wines” in the Texas Hill Country. Their hours are 10:30am-8:00 pm Monday-Saturday.

2. The Roundup

Featuring over 25 beers on tap, The Roundup Beer Garden & Food Park is your place to sample some of the best craft beers from local Texas breweries! Tote the kids along, because this venue is family-friendly, including a large playground and outdoor obstacle moonbounce course.

3. Cypress Grill

Since 2006, Cypress Grill has been serving up incredible food and pouring delicious wine! For a top-notch glass of red or white, vintage or classic, visit the Grill’s wine room. Their knowledgeable staff can assist you in making your selection...and stop by on Wednesdays for a special 40% off discount on bottles. (Pro tip: happy hour is Tuesday through Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.)

4. Cibolo Creek Brewing Co

Cibolo Creek Brewing Co is quickly establishing itself as a local favorite. The casual environment is complemented perfectly by delicious house-brewed beer and “farm-fresh” pub food. The brewery is open for regular hours this week, so stop by and drink your fill!
