Boerne Bierfest is kicking off its inaugural event on Saturday, April 1st at the Main Plaza. For $30, sample 10 beers in a commemorative sampling stein from over 20 of the top craft breweries in the Lone Star State. Of course, Bierfest will be hosting German-themed bands, games, food, and more to keep everyone entertained throughout the day. Proceeds from the event go to the Boerne Village Band, the “Oldest Continuously Organized German Band in the World Outside Germany Itself” Purchase tickets here or at the gate.

2. Jump Around the Main Plaza

The Boerne Professional Artists (BFA) is putting on the 21st Annual Parade of Artists the weekend of April 8 and 9. This wonderful weekend is designed to get art enthusiasts in front of some local art in Boerne. Go out on a self-guided tour of galleries, studios, and pop-up shops along Hill Country Mile in the arts district of downtown Boerne.

7. Go Way Back on a Museum Tour

14. Visit the Tractor Pull

The Tri-County Antique Puller Association will host their antique tractor pull on April 29th in Boerne City Park. The event will feature 30 to 40 tractors, all made before 1960! Get a guided tour of the museum and see some demonstrations of blacksmithing. This is a family fun event, and all are welcome!

15. Hunt Some Easter Eggs

Boerne Parks & Rec, Police Officer Assn., YMCA, and Living Hope Church are partnering to put on the annual Easter Egg Hunt on Easter weekend. Festivities begin at 10:30 for kids to get a picture with the Easter Bunny, play some games, make crafts, and more. At 11:15 AM sharp, the egg hunt is on! Food will be available on site, so get out and enjoy a day of hunting.
